Simple way to start learning about Tarot

 

I will shortly list some various meaning of cards, but first you must remember that the easiest way to learn and by studying the cards for yourself. Find the hidden meaning behind each card threw your heart. Tarot is simple once you understand what the cards are telling you, it just takes a matter of time before you truely understand what they are telling you. Nothing is ever too complex to learn, it just takes time and an open mind for you to understand the simplicity of the cards. Here I will start by telling you the simplest meaning of each card and symbol, mind you that I am using my favorite deck the Gilded tarot because it's color speak to me the most. There are different decks out there with different meanings, it just takes time to study each deck before you feel comfortable using them.

 

Sword, Cups, Wands, and Pentacles:

 

Swords: Represents Air of Fire. Challengesm intellect and ways of thinking, Authority, leadership, and wisdom. Other decks they can be called spades.

Pentacles: Earth. Physical world, money or resources. This is also called in other decks; coins, disks, stones or diamonds.

Cups: Water. Emotions, relationships, creativity, reflection, spiritual authority, contemplation, and inner feelings. AKA in other decks as Hearts.

Wands: Air or Fire. Career, projects, inspiration, confidence, self-reliance, and physical power. Known in other decks as; clubs, rods, batons or staves.

 

The next thing that I am going to talk about is what each number on the card could mean.

 

NUMBERS:

 

Ace: New beginning, new opportunities

Two: Balance, duality, or crossroads of choice

Three: Full of expression of the suit, acheivement

Four: Structure, stability, stagnation

Five: Instability, conflict, loss, opportunity, change

Six: Communication, problem solving, cooperation

Seven: Reflection, assessment, Motives

Eight: Movement, action, change, power

Nine: Fruition, attainment

Ten: End of a cycle, completion

 

Remember not to take each meaning literally, your will discover your own meanings for each card in your subconcious as well as your heart.

Now I will tell you the possible meaning of the royal cards. I call them royal cards because of the way that they are named. They cards can be very difficult to understand. I still have a hard time with the Queen and the King cards. 

 

Page: AKA in other decks as princess, Novices, eager and enthusiastic but sometimes shallow. Can indicate a message that the querent will recieve. 

Knight: Extremest, very focused (Like a knight on a quest), can be unbalanced or fanatical. May represent a fast moving situation. 

Queen: Mature and reflective, one who nutures others, can be prone to obsession. 

King: Mature and expressive, one who organizes and controls external matters. Sometimes at the expense of internal or personal matters. 

 

With every deck there are color symbolisms as well as in many paganistic/wiccan religion. All these colors to me are the same meanings given to represent the colors of candles that you use in rituals/spells and everyday life. Once you start paying attention to these colors you will notice the effects that they have in your everyday life and well as in peoples auric energies.

 

COLORS:

 

Red: Energy, vitality, enthusiasm, activity, impulse, immediate action, human love, passion, sexuality, eroticism, conception, child bearing, and childbirth; FIRE

Pink, Rose: Affection, warm feelings, feeling good, well being (Music)

Red, Violet: Ambition, noble actions

Purple, violet:  Spirituality, psychicism, creativity, inspiration, dignity, authority, high stations in life, nobility, generosity (LAW)

Blue, violet, indigo: Spiritual reflection, meditation, intuition

Blue: Peace, serenity, relation, honesty, fidelity, understanding, introspection, concentration, patience (Philosophy); Water

Light Blue: Sincerity, loyalty, devotion

Green: Nature, freedom of nature, youth, growth, fertility, resilience, adaption, regeration, physical and emotionl healing, color of medical, oppotunity, prosperity, money, financial security,

            comfort (Knowledge); Earth

Yellow: Happiness, cheer, hopefulness, intellect, alertness, wit, wisdom, science, confidence, communication: AIR

Orange: Warmth, energy, vitality, focused energy, intellect, untiy of mind and body, persuasion, endurance (engineering)

Gold: Radiance, charisma, attractiveness, expansiveness, wealth

Silver: Charm, mystique, purity of understanding

White: Purification, purity of intention, psychic energy, spirituality of strenth, purified emotion, absence of negative feeling, unity and harmony (Spectrum)

Grey: cabbalistic color of knowledge, black shade of grey is the understanding, it absorbs light, white represents the quintessence of divine light

Black: Total concentration, impenetrability, protection, immovability, firm and somber resolve, absence of light

Brown: Earth Powers, strength rooted in the earth, a simple lifestyle security stubborn strenght.

 

More then 4:

 

-More then 4 swords in a spread could be an ill open. Suit of war, large number could mean a major dispute or confrontation is brewing.

-More then 4 wands in a spread could indicate new business, enterprise, or the beginning of a new creative project of other new initiative.

-More then 4 Cups in a spread could indicate a tendency to live in a worl of ideas and feelings, getting little done.

-More then 4 Pentacles in a spread could indicate that materialism in domination the life of the querent, perhaps to the detriment of their spiritual fulfillment.

 

Multiples:

 

Ace: 3= Money & Success 4= Very good sign that there are strong positive forces at work

Two: 3= A review, restructure or reorganization in required. 4= Dialogue, discussion, and consultation

Three: 3= Lies and deception 4= Resolution will sonn be made on the situation in question, or a decision will at least be made on which way the querent will progress

Four: 3= Hard work 4= Rest and relaxation

Five: 3= Dispute, confrontation of disagreement is in the air.  4= Regularity and routine

Six: 3= Material gain 4= Pleasure

Seven: 3= Agreement will soon be made, a contract agreed upon or an alliance formed. 4= Personal disappointment

Eight: 3= Activity and perhaps travel 4= Important news will arrive soon, or that all of the information an the situation in question will be found quickly.

Nine: 3= an important message will arrive soon 4= great responsibility may soon be placed upon the querent.

Ten: 3= Commerce, Buying, selling, or trading material goods are likely in the near future. 4= Indicates worry and stress over business matters. The querent has been or will be offered

        a responsibility, they should consider the possible consequences fully before accepting.

Page: 3= Company of young people 4= Fresh new ideas, change of plan of goals

Knight: 3= Unexpected encounter or news 4= swift action necessary, great need for urgency. 

Queen: 3= Deception by a woman 4= Protracted debate is likely. 

King: 3= Dreat honor or prize is likely. 4= Meeting with someone of great importance and status.

The Magician: Wisdom, spiritual awareness

High Priestess: Hidden disception, secret knowledge, intellegence and intuition

The Empress: Fertility, goal oriented, Collaborative and cooperatively

The Emperor: Power, masculine strength

The Hierophant: Spiritual guidance and authority, time of change particularly in relationships. Time for truth and meaning

The Lovers: Fulfillment through a relationship. Problems overcome and the bond is deep and strong despite any surface tensions

The Chariot: Leadership of a team, pragmatism. Analyze the causes of problems you encounter

Strength: Strength to survive all the trials and challenges fate throws your way. Protect those who can't protect themselves. 

The Hermit: Self reflection, contemplation and self-acceptance. Do Not become to detached from the world around you.

Wheel of fortune: "What you loose on the swing, you'll gain on the roundabout."

Justice: Do what is right, fairness justice and equal oppotunity. Strong help the weak

Hanged Man: Trust that all will get what they deserve. You may need to bite your tongue

Death: Time for a change and dramatic change or renewal

Temperance: Moderation, apprieciation of simple pleasures and a sense of balance

The Devil: Confront your demons

The Tower: Material success cannot protect us from ill fortune. Warning against complacency and smugness. Health, love and happiness. 

The Star: Fulfillment of hopes and dreams. Joy, health and happiness

The Moon: Struggle through the darkness and glad times will return

The Sun: Period of material and spiritual properity.

Judgement: Enlightenment. Standing ready for divine scrutiny. An end and a Beginning

The World: Put your knowledge into action. Others will seek your guidance

The Elderly

From my few months of working at this residential home I have notice something very interesting about the elderly. The elderly are like a bunch of big kids, for example....

I was watching one elderly lady while she was at the dinner table and she was asked by one of the other residents about her wound on her arm. Once she noticed that she was the center of attention she played it off like she was a little boy that won a big battle. She bragged about it, saying something like.... yeah, it hurt but i won, basically.

Another instance is when I was helping a resident on the toilet she sat down and said in her very quiet voice, "I have to go poopoopoo." It was friggin funny! I had never heard her say that before, I giggled.

They through a fit too if they don't get what they want.

Milo and Otis

Ok, when I was a kid, I use to love watch this movie.... but I watched half of it recently and it was kinda retarded.... the guy who is doing the talking sounds like Eddie Izzard.... Don't get me wrong, I like Mr. Izzard but the guy that is doing the talking is retarded. I don't know if I like the show anymore.

UPDATE....

OK, so if anyone is wondering what I have been up too lately I will tell you.

During the summer I worked with my mom at rainbow autopaint for a while but had to quit because of the ridiculous cost of daycare and the amount that state would cover was little to nothing. So I then got offered a job with Canyon crest dinning and event center as a banquet waitress. I started out working 2 nights a week for several weeks, but then they started calling less and less because they were hiring more girls. So I was forced to find a second job. I am currently working at DeSano Place here in Shoshone a block from my home. Conveniant for gas prices.... don't need a car, lol. I started out part-time in December working from 11pm-7am Friday-Sunday. Then when January rolled around a lot of people started quitting.... more like 3 people. I took 2 more days because the other graveyard girl had quit. I still work at Canyon Crest but they only call on the main holidays it seems.

Well, that about sums it up. Oh Brianna is walking/running/being-a-butt-getting-into-everything. Kyla is being a wise-ass three year old. And Greg is being his buttholio self, That's right GREG I said it! What are you going to do about it.... nothing. YOU GOT NOTHING!!!!!

Simply Crisp.

Simply Crisp. That was what I was thinking on my way to work the second that I stepped out of my comfy cabin to take my nightly walk to work. It was a cold winters night, nearly like any other night, but it felt different. Smelt different. Smelt........funky. The air was crisper then usual, the air carried a strange scent. Stinky but at the same time it was a familiar smell. Possible two smells in one. Damn, it's snowing.

YEAH! I'm back to annoy everyone!

Internet got turned back online yesterday and now I get to annoy you people with my random blogs about stuff... and shit.... and stuff.

Reason to believe..... Grow up!

Ok, so I have a reason to believe that someone that was in the same household that night that my car got pop sprayed all over it was that person. I am not going to name names, but lets have some common sense. My car was the only one hit and the car parked directly behind me wasn't, or any others in the parking lot. The bottle that SHE brought in was diet pepsi... and hey! guess what, she was drinking diet pepsi the whole time that we were playing a game. No teenage kid in there right mind would waste a full liter of pop for no reason, let alone on one car, they would have hit atleast both cars because they were bumper to bumper. Let alone very few teenagers out there drink DIET PEPSI!!!!

I just hope that next time she will think before she does anything to my car again. I didn't think about it much that night because 4 out of 6 of us were drunk off our asses, lol. We all disgust it all the next morning and all agree that it was HER!!!

OH.........MY GOD!

For the past three years greg and I have been visiting my dad's house at least once or twice a year. The first incident that happened was my first car got it in a hit and run, but they caught the girl. The next time that we visited after that when they moved from Challis to Elko, NV our new car got a flat tire and we had to buy a new tire because the one that got flat was unfixable. Not 20 minutes ago we just found out that some prick son of a BITCH decided that he/she wanted to throw there liter of pepsi on top of my car. Making it spread all over the roof of the car, the front and back window, hood, trunk, and we were lucky enough to not get any inside of the car on the driver side because it was cracked open.

Seriously! What posses people to think that they have the FUCKING right to mess with other peoples SHIT that they work had to earn when it isn't even theres.

The whole time that My dad has been living in Elko since May of 2008 His Suzuki got broken into and the speaker was torn out and his CD's were stolen. Sandy's car had gotten into a couple of times and so did the dodge truck.

WOW people I hope that Karma comes around and smacks your fat lazy asses in the face. If you don't have much of a life to where you go around stealing other peoples shit that they worked so hard for then you dont deserve to live. 

LEAVE MY DAMN CAR ALONE, PLEASE! Can we get a break in life when we go on vacation for once.... geez!

MATURE SOUL: Mature souls challenge the young soul's desire to "have it all." It is a hard cycle that demands seeking answers to life's tough questions. They look for and question the motivation for all of life's actions. They often continue with inappropriate relationships - perhaps believing that through self-sacrifice, or tough lessons they will ultimately prevail. Often they can't shake their sense of duty.

Mature souls suffer from stress related illness that sometimes results in schizophrenia, psychosis and a higher suicide rate than other souls. [Cayce emphasized the role that 'stress' plays in not only physical illnesses but also mental illnesses; he believed it was 'stress' that wrecked havoc on the brain chemistry/balance] . But they're smart enough to seek professional help without urging. Mature souls often make huge contributions to knowledge - particularly philosophical and scientific. But altogether they don't necessarily have the drive for fame, many still achieve it. They'reemotionally high maintenance.

THE OLD SOUL: Old Souls live and let live. They seek the route of least resistance.. .they're individualistic and usually easy going. They have an inner knowing of the waste of time in pursuing fame and fortune and therefore create the appearance of being "laid back." Old souls are highly competent - even in roles they don't particularly like. They tend to choose work that is pleasant and undemanding, leaving them free to pursue their desired goals easily...unless the job adds to the spiritual search. They may or may not seek higher education... but definitely will seek it if they sense it's needed for their chosen path. Old souls create confidence in animals. And their choice of medical care tends to be alternative and holistic.

Old souls are here to teach others their spiritual understandings. Their philosophies and writings are simple and easy to read. Old souls religion is far reaching and has no label. A grove of trees is a sacred place to them. They seldom cling to dogma and prefer personal spiritual practices. However, old souls are wise enough to be discreet in their religious practices and know how to pass in public undetected. They focus on searching for the spiritual truth and have a finer sense of knowing what is true than any other souls level. Old souls all over the world share the experience of emptiness and a longing for that feeling of home.

Ok, you remember back in may about me talking about the girl that did a hit and run on my car. Well she got sentenced not to long ago. She got charged with $1,400.00 in courtfines, 6 months jail time, 32 Hours of community service and 1 year of probation.

I guess Karma is still out there for the retarded LOL.

No offense but she got what she deserved. Drunk Minor anyways!

FreeBirthing vs. Modern day times

I was watching a tv show this morning and it was about free birthing. That means no hospitals or midwives. Just the soon to be mom and her family. As I was watching it, they said something along the lines of people are trying to make it illegal for moms to have at home births without a midwife or doctors.

What ever happened to the very old times when women would always give natural births in the safety of there own homes... and yet modern day is trying to make it illegal for it to happen anymore.

All that I have to say is....... WOW!

An apology

Sorry for the way that I acted about what I wrote in the last blog.... I was just really mad at the time because our life couldn't be any worse at the time. But Greg is working with his dad right now until he can find another Job.

Once again I am sorry if I said anything hurtful in the last one. Sorry, I was talking and wasn't thinking.... that usually is what happens when I get angry lol.

THE NEW TIME LOW

My life has officially hit an all time low... here is the story of the past few months.

I got hired in June, I think, at the auto paint place where my mom works. Everything was going ok at first. I had ICCP (Idaho Child Care Program) covering part of the costs of daycare. But I was only making 7.25 an hour and working only 25 hours a week. Greg works for 8 and hour and 40 hours a week. Well I started working more hours and the more hours that I worked the less that ICCP would pay for daycare so I decide to apply for a parttime job during nights and weekends at a diner hall and got the job. So I quit working with my mom to become a stay at home mom so that we didnt have to pay day care. Well all was fine we were starting to barely catching up on our bills and then everything started catching up to us. I am only working one night a week now and the tips I am getting are not that good....

Well last night Greg hit a low because all of life had caught up to him well to make things all better and hit rock bottom. He got laid off because they could afford to pay him anymore because they were paying overtime to everyone else but greg was the hardest worker.... and didn't get paid overtime because he didn't stay over hours. Greg got fired over the other guy... and the other guy was hired after him and his wife gets paid has 40,000 a year with no kids. We are a family with 2 kids and barely make it every month.

Now we are already 2 months behind every bill possible.... cell, power, etc. I have a car payment that I have to come up with every month, t.v, rent, internet, netflix.

To make things bad is the fact that Idaho Power showed up to my doorstep asking for money or they were going to shut the power off.

If greg cant get unemployment and another job soon I might have to take up my dads offer drop off the face of the planet and make a new life with my dad in elko, NV....

Life sucks, this economy sucks, RON AND JERRY SUCK!!!!!! Bills are stupid, Man is the asshole race and the rich are all dick suckers!!!!!

I was just scanning through some other peoples blogs and was looking at all of the pictures that people had taken of animals and the beauty of nature and great achitectural structures.

They were all beautiful and magnificant. I just wish that most people out there would realize the beauty of the earth and not take her for granted. She is very beautiful even today but the way that man treats her is maddening. I regret hurting her myself, for littering and driving my car, but I try and make up for it by picking up after other people and taking care of the greens nearest to me.

The New Worst Pain

I was nearing the end of my day at work and I was getting this very strong pain in my jaws and I realized that I was clinching my jaws. So I relaxed them and the pain kept going even when I got home and hour or so later. That whole time I couldn't shut my mouth all of the way because my very back gums were swallen, MY WISDOM TEETH!!!!!!!! The pain happened prior before and went away by the same day, but this time I had to goto the store and buy that nasty unflavored CRAP called ORAJEL..... OMG IT'S FUCKING DISGUSTING!!!!! They seriously need to make some new flavors or something cuz it's gross. And what is worst is after that CRAP comes into effect.... you start drooling excessively, you can't drink milk cuz half of your mouth can't even taste it. IT IS THE WEIRDEST FEELING EVER!

The worst pain in the WORLD!

I have dealt with several pains in my life. Childbirth x2, heartache, the flu.....

But there is this one pain that I think everyone will agree with me on is.... I'm not going to tell you yet until the end.

You are asleep in your bed. You are passed out and all of your limbs are spread out across the bed, all of a sudden you wake up with a start and you are instantly pulling yourself together in the fetal position almost crying because the pain hurts so FRIGGIN BAD! Your body temperature keeps turning from hot to cold and you tummy fells like it is about to explode. AND THEN YOU MAKE THE MAD DASH TO THE BATH ROOM, hopeing to god that you don't SHIT yourself!

Thats right everyone, I am talking about the infamous thing called DIARRHEA!

Peace and Relevance

Ok, Seriously! Some people just need to quit being complete assholes on Xbox live. I am sorry that I am kicking your ass across the map....that doesn't give you the right to call me a dirty word! I'm sorry I am making you respawn all spread out across that map.... that doesn't give you the right to team kill me when I am almost getting an air strike and then I ask you why and give me a stupid reason of why you did it! You just cost our team points for doing that dumbass! Just because I am woman on xbox live doesn't give you the right to always say "get back into the kitchen" Your just mad because I play better then you do.

NO! I am not a fat chick that has no life and sits at home sobbing to herself because she has no friends or whatever. I have family and a life and when i have nothing to do I play and kick your ass.

NO! I will not date you on xbox live and No! I don't wanna be your friend if you are going to act like a complete friggin Idiot!

Nothing gives anyone the right to make a complete ass of themselves on live just so they can impress there friends....everyone else in the room thinks that you are a friggin idiot.

Kids under the age of 17 shouldn't be aloud to have a mic because they are mainly the ones that act like idiots.....
